Gary Hughes has surfed all over the World for over forty years.

He is a former "Top 44" professional surfer and Executive Director of Surfing NSW.   

   He is currently an accredited Surfing Australia (Level 2) coach. He is also the founder and President of Boomerang Beach Board Riders Incorporated (for the entire 15yrs since its inception). 

   He has professionally taught surf board riding, surf safety, awareness & etiquette (since 1997) to literally thousands of students, from absolute beginners to intermediate through to the advanced level and from ages 4 to 76 years.
